AI Set up Form 

We require the submission of the AI Set up Form. This enables us to understand your AI Agent's purpose, where it will be implemented, its persona, branding, and knowledge sources. We need to review your submission before our scoping discussion.


Scoping Discussion

This meeting focuses on your agent's purpose, role and identity. We also seek clarification on any other items not supplied regarding your branding or knowledge base.


Your Branding

Custom branding and your bot’s persona can be aligned with your branding identity to offer a seamless user experience for your users. This requires the inclusion of your

  • Logo, 
  • Background colour (HEX Code), and 
  • ChatBot Avatar - Image
  • Language


Your Data Sources

Edit, build and review the Knowledge Base from content sources including:

  • Website Sources - we index your sitemap and content, 
  • Documents—policies, procedures, content, documents, FAQ or knowledge base, helpdesk, manuals, videos, and podcasts. Content supplied can include MS Office, Google Docs, PDFs, and Audio and video Files. Our bot can access more than 1,400 data sources.


Implementation

Based on the prior discussions, we will add your Chatbot to your website directly or supply you with access points, including HTML embed code for a pop-up or page insertion.
